Registration
All first-time freshmen are required to attend a New Student Orientation session. By attending one of these sessions, you will gain valuable information on many topics such as navigating student accounts, understanding DegreeWorks, how to register for classes, and most importantly, meeting with an advisor.
We know our students all have different needs, so we offer New Student Orientation in several different formats!
How to Contact an Advisor:

How to View the List of Fall Classes:
Select the term you plan to attend (i.e. Fall 2024), then click "Submit." You will then be able to sort the course options by subject, campus, etc.
How to Register for Classes:
- Click here to log into the new Coyote Hub Portal.
- Click on the “OneACCS” tile and log in using your CACC username and password .
- On the Student Services Dashboard, click “Registration”.
- Click “Register for Classes”.
- Select the term you would like to register for and click “Continue”.
- You will need to search for classes and register by either clicking on “Find Classes” or “Enter CRNs”.
- Using the "Find Classes" Method
- Click on the “Find Classes” tab.
- Enter the search criteria for the class you need to register for. Click “Advanced Search” to narrow down the criteria to a specific campus.
- Once you find the class you want to register for, click “Add” to add it to your Summary.
- To search for another class, click “Search Again” and use the same method for other classes you need to register for. They will also be added to your Summary once you click “Add.”
- When you have added all your classes needed, click “Submit” to register for those classes. The status should change to a green “Registered” icon. If an error shows after this step, reach out to your Academic Advisor.
- Using the "Enter CRNs" Method
- If you already know the CRN numbers of the classes you need to take, you may simply enter those CRN numbers to register for those classes.
- Type the CRN number into the blank next to CRN. To add another course’s CRN number, click, “Add Another CRN.”
- Once you have entered all CRN numbers you need, click “Add to Summary.”
- When you have added all your classes needed, click “Submit” to register for those classes. The status should change to a green “Registered” icon. If an error shows after this step, reach out to your Academic Advisor.
- Once you register for classes, your weekly schedule can be found in the bottom left-hand corner. If you wish to print your weekly schedule, click on the “Schedule and Options” tab, and click the printer icon. Your schedule will also be viewable as the "Class Schedule" tile in your Coyote Hub.
What to Do If You Have Issues Registering for Classes:
- If you have an issue registering, such as a hold or authorization issue, your Advisor will be available to help you.
- If you have an issue logging into your OneACCS account, you can email the Technology Services Help Desk at helpdesk@coastalalabama.edu or give them a call at 251-580-4900.
Tuition
Students can pay their tuition in their OneACCS Account.
